We are currently looking to recruit: Recruitment Specialist Location: Katowice Purpose of the job: The HR Shared Service is responsible for talent acquisition to support the Bombardier businesses worldwide. The Recruitment Specialists work with business leaders and HR Business Partners from a designated geographical or/and functional area within BT by managing the process, developing and deploying sourcing strategies, advanced talent identification and relationships with all stakeholders involved. Key responsibilities: - Responsible for managing the assigned recruitment portfolio within the given KPI’s to ensure a professional service delivery at the expected quality and under consideration of the agreed timelines and cost; - Responsible for implementing the appropriate/innovative sourcing strategies, routes to market, candidate sourcing and pipeline activities across the all relevant local, regional and international markets; - Professionally manage relationship and expectations within the internal customer group, through strong client partnering and communication; - Recruitment System user, able to use all features and facilities of it. User of other tools such as search engines, databases, social networks; - Take part in customer and candidate satisfaction reviews and projects; - Participate in projects to develop processes, systems and standards to continuously improve service delivery; Qualifications - University degree HR related (would be an advantage); - Minimum 3 relevant experience; - Very good English and Polish language skills; - Experience with project driven organisational environment, with an ability to adhere to and balance principles of cost, quality and time in successfully completing recruitment projects; - Large scale recruitment across Europe with differing levels of complexity; - Demonstrated value added customer and supplier management; - Ability to operate effectively within a fast paced and quickly changing environment.;Strong communication skills and ability to both motivate and influence stakeholders in the decision making process; - Strong direct sourcing / research experience (specifically utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and Boolean search strings); - Demonstrated ability to work and communicate within a remote team structure; - Experience in deploying sourcing strategies across both traditional and innovative channels. - We offer: - Participation in projects aimed at improving solutions which are used by millions of people daily all around the world; - Working with high-class professionals and gaining experience in a multinational organization; - Active involvement in working out your development and training plan; - Comprehensive benefits package (private medical care, group insurance, private pension plan, Christmas and Easter vouchers, Multisport card); Are you interested in starting an exciting career at Bombardier Transportation?
