We are currently looking to recruit for our Rail Control Solution division a Project Manager in Katowice to manage one of our Signalling Projects. Purpose of the job As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for pool of projects. Successful delivery of our Interlocking and ETCS projects, on Polish market. Key responsibilities - Preparation of project documents (Project Plan, Quality Plan, WBS) - Cooperation with Legal Department on contracts and annexes preparation - Resources planning (Primavera) - Coordination of deliveries, installation and putting into operation - Monitoring of project’s financial KPI in cooperation with Project Controlling Department Qualifications - Education: Technical University - Minimum 5 years relevant work experience - Proven experience in delivering large projects in a complex industry (rail, aerospace, defense or construction) - Experience in Railway Signaling is an advantage - Able to communicate at a professional and technical level with the customer, team and senior management - Ability to define and manage priorities within deadlines - Good communication, and negotiation skills - Excellent customer management and stakeholder influencing skills - Experience in managing a cross-functional team in the international setup - Flexibility and ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment - Good English language skills.
