Providing support for customer’s applications Performing changes and tasks according to standardized as well as non-standard operating procedures Handling incidents and major incidents according to agreed SLAs Planning & applying patches and system upgrades Troubleshooting Who are we looking for? Essential are: Knowledge of Windows – Unix/Linux OS family operating systems Communicative French and English Nice to have: Knowledge of a scheduling tool (Control-M, Visual TOM) An asset would be: ITIL awareness What we offer?
