We are currently looking to recruit an IT Risk Management Advisor, who will be based in Katowice, Poland YOUR ROLE Bombardier is an IT reliant company, in that it uses IT systems and services as a business enabler throughout all its business functions. The BIS organization must continually strive to ensure its activities are aligned with the achievement of business objectives and to prevent, detect, and recover from undesired events. The purpose of this role is to support the development and deployment of an IT Risk Management (ITRM) framework across BIS. Drive a culture of risk awareness and understanding both within BIS and the business units. Monitor the progression of risk mitigation activities and the overall IT risk profile. Your Tasks The candidate is expected to work with and support Business Units, BIS teams, Shared Infrastructure Services, Application Development Services, Project Management office and Information Security across all IT geographic areas (Canada, USA, Europe, Mexico, India and China). Key Responsibilities include: - Lead the assessment of risks including identification of risk owner, description and measure of risk impact, probability. Work with risk owner to set risk treatment plan - Advise on risk mitigation options and track remediation activities, and prepares and presents the overall technology risk profile to management - Design and implements risk metrics, KPIs and KRIs. Measure and report on the metrics on periodic basis - Develop and manage a risk framework aligned with Bombardier risk tolerance thresholds - Work with Cyber security team to align processes around threat, risk and control assessments - Qualifications Your Qualifications - 5 years hands-on experience in IT risk management - 5 years’ experience in IT governance, audit / control compliance - 3 years’ experience working in international context - 3 years’ experience in people management - Analytical, problem solving approach - Strong skills in office suite mainly excel, SharePoint for data collection, analytics and dashboard reporting - Excellent business writing skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to navigate complex organizations and build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders Job: IS/IT Security Primary Location: PL-SL-Katowice Organization: Transportation Schedule: Full-time Employee Status: Regular Job Posting: 05.02.2019, 6:05:50 AM Unposting Date 19.02.2019, 5:59:00 PM
