As HR Project Manager at our local offices in Katowice, you are the coordinating authority for all international HR teams, ensuring outstanding HR work and thus actively contributing to the achievement of our defined corporate goals: You will examine our current processes, identify optimization needs from an operational and strategic point of view and develop innovative measures to improve our KPIs in consultation with the Head of HR You will implement new HR strategies and manage HR projects from planning to implementation, control and optimization You build up a very good network to the national and international HR teams as well as to the management level and act as a knowledge carrier for the entire department. Our requirements: You are an experienced HR Project Manager and have already proven this on an international level in strategic as well as operational positions You have strong communication skills in English, are driven by your will to achieve outstanding results and are always on the lookout for innovative solutions.
