Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with any other BI Tools would (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, other Microsoft SQL/Azure BI related products, SAS, MicroStrategy, etc.) Ability to design BI/reporting solutions Ability to discuss technical matters in a way understandable to non-technical person Hands-on experience on different BI implementation stages Experience in writing technical documentation & user guides ServiceNow Performance Analytics knowledge/experience ITIL processes & data domain knowledge Agile experience IT related education Who are we looking for? Create multi-source and multidimensional methods of data analysis and reporting Participate in different BI solution implementation stages, including requirements gathering, data modelling, ETL/reports/dashboards development as well as documentation Work with business customers to provide requirements analysis, define scope for new reports’ requirements and perform changes to existing functionality Support existing BI solutions Work along with Senior/Lead/Principal BI Consultants on bigger solutions or single-handedly on smaller projects Share best practices as a Subject Matter Expert Work in an English-speaking environment
