AR Accountant with German AR Accountant with German Katowice, śląskie NR REF.:1098594 For our Client we are building the structures from the scratch and we are looking for accounting professionals with fluency in English and German. On this position you will be responsible for: Perform various operational F&A activities within an Accounts Receivable area Responsible for the preparation of specifications/reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data Timely completion of all allocated tasks (daily, weekly, monthly) Communicate with internal and external SSC customer in an effective and efficient manner Possible participation in process migration Prepare process documentation: desktop procedures and process maps Participation in continuous process improvement Perform billing, prepare invoices and/or other documentation and send them to the clients Match incoming payments against open items, investigate any differences Review customer accounts and prepare dunning documentation Prepare parts of the monthly reconciliation Our preferred Candidates should have: Previous experience in accounting/ finance area Knowledge of accounting basic principles Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team Very good verbal/ written English Fluent German SAP knowledge as an advantage Our Client offers rare opportunity to play an important role in new established company structure together with opportunity to build your team from the very beginning.
